What exactly is happiness? And no, you certainly don't have to just be happy all day?! What does happiness mean for your personal life satisfaction, quality of life, well-being, working life?

Guy van Liemt

Guy: “Happiness does not always equal pleasure. Pleasure is temporary, while happiness is more permanent and is about the quality of life and life satisfaction. Sadness is part of that — it's part of it and even helps increase gratitude.”
